Mr. Mark Annis,

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am that I chose ANCO E.S. Inc. for the removal of my
underground oil tank, which was based on the excellent service I had received from Annis Fuel Co for many years.

Unfortunately I was forced to convert to gas heat and I needed to have my underground tank removed
and let me tell you Mark, I was pretty nervous as you can imagine. All those nightmare stories you hear stick in you mind.

When the first day crew arrived, Dennis Peterson and Mike Martino, I was immediately set at ease.
They got to work right away as I watched in amazement. What pros. It was really interesting to watch.
Tank out, cleaned the inside to the point of “eat off the floor” clean, placed the tank on a pile of soil,
secured the area so that an inspector could examine the tank and soil the following day. Cleaned up, and they were on their way.

Your men keep everything light and humorous as if to keep me from “staining my pants … Dennis, all
of a sudden said he saw a “large whole in the tank…the one that Mike had just cut out” so he could
get into the tank to clean it. Have to say my heart did pause for a few seconds. I needed a good laugh.

Day two, the inspector came to give his “all clear” which was great to hear. Dennis returned with two more
pros Ernesto and Alvin to fill in the hole, level everything out and leave my lawn looking like a lawn again
Mark, thanks so much for the great service from Annis Fuel, and ANCO.
Should you ever need a reference for either company, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.

And please thank your guys for me…plus your office staff were always a pleasure to speak to.

I recommend Annis Fuel, and ANCO, anytime…and I have a big mouth!

Dear Ms. Brandi,

I am writing both to thank Travelers Insurance for their superb claiming handling, but more to specifically to bring to your attention our gratitude and esteem for ANCO Environmental Services.

My profession is HUD contract management, so I work with contractors and administer restoration cases on a daily basis. The speed with which ANCO was able to complete this project was astounding. They met our time sensitive deadline and their costs projection with uncanny accuracy. They performed on time, and within budget. Most impressively they accepted our modest deposit (the best we could manage), then accepted Traveler's pricing adjustments even though we had agreed to pay more.

This was a six figure cleanup, as the oil from our leaking tank had passed beneath a section of our house, and then, carried by groundwater, had traveled off site. ANCO handled each project component from shoring to groundwater treatment, from concrete piers to surface restoration. Our buyer was very nervous, and we would have lost the sale if not for the professionalism and reputation of ANCO Environmental.

We heartily recommend ANCO for urban environmental projects, and will be pleased to provide a reference at any time.
